Shooting at Paris magazine leaves 12 dead
At least 12 people are dead after three hooded gunmen attacked the headquarters of a French satirical magazine and opened fire on journalists and police guards.
Melissa Chemam, a freelance journalist based in Paris, says that the government has been raising awareness about possible terrorist attacks and will now urge solidarity and unity among the French public.
