The situation is still very unstable in the Central African Republic. Today (Thursday) is starting the European Union Summit in Brussels on the issue.
Patrick Lambrechts is the Deputy Head of Unit for Central Africa at the European Commission Humanitarian Aid Department. He coordinates the aid respond from the EU which is the first donor for CAR aid.
He was our guest on RFI English this Thursday morning and explained what the Aid Department expects from the Summit.
